Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older, or of legal age where you live.

You must follow the laws where you live. If buying or using a product, or paying with crypto, is not allowed there, please don't order.

You can order without an account; the order link is sent to your e-mail. Sign in with an e-mail code to see all your orders and your balance. Keep your e-mail safe: anyone who receives the code can sign in.

Your balance comes from top-ups, refunds and overpayments. It can only be spent in the shop, earns no interest and can't be transferred to someone else.

Prices are in US dollars and converted to the crypto you choose at the rate when you order.

Gift cards, keys and top-ups follow their issuer's or carrier's rules, such as region, expiry and where they can be used. Check these match your account before you buy.

Pictures of physical goods are for illustration. We may change prices and stock at any time; orders already paid are not affected.

We only accept crypto. Send the coin, on the network, to the address shown on the order page. Payments sent in the wrong coin, on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be lost, and that loss is the sender's.

The amount due is locked for the payment window (usually 30 minutes). If you pay too little, you can top it up to the same address in time; if it is still short when the window ends, the order closes and what arrived goes to your balance (guests are refunded by our support team). Anything paid over goes to your balance.

Network fees are the sender's; the amount that arrives must cover the amount due.

Codes, keys and eSIMs are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed: on the order page and by e-mail.

Game and phone top-ups go to the account or number you entered. A top-up to a wrongly entered account usually can't be reversed, so check it before you order.

Memberships we open by hand are handled after payment and you'll get an e-mail when they're done. Physical goods ship as described in our Shipping Information.

Don't use the shop for fraud, money laundering, stolen or unexplained funds, resale to sanctioned people or places, or to attack or scrape the site.

To manage risk and follow the law we may hold suspicious orders, ask you to verify your identity, or refuse service; anything paid but not delivered is refunded under our refund policy.

As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.

Outages at card issuers, carriers, couriers or blockchains are outside our control, but we'll help you sort them out.

We may update these terms; changes are posted here with a new date. Orders paid before a change follow the terms in force when they were paid.
