Your e-mail, to sign you in and send order links and updates.

What an order needs: a game account or player ID, a phone number, the account a membership goes to, and for physical goods the recipient's name, phone and address.

Payment records: coin, network, amount, receiving address and transaction hash.

Access logs: IP address, browser and time, for security and troubleshooting.

To fulfil and ship orders, send order e-mails and sign-in codes, handle support and after-sales, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

We don't send marketing e-mails unless you subscribed in the footer; ask us any time to unsubscribe.

Only what an order needs, with: gift card and top-up suppliers (the account or number to top up), couriers (name, phone and address), our e-mail provider (your address and the message) and the payment gateway (on-chain payment details).

We share information with authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

Blockchain transactions are public and permanent: anyone can see the addresses and amounts. That information is outside our control.

We only use cookies and browser storage the site needs to work: your sign-in, language and cart. No advertising or cross-site tracking.

Order and payment records are kept as accounting and legal rules require, usually 5 years. Other information is deleted when no longer needed.

You can ask us to close your account. Apart from records we must keep by law, your personal information is then deleted or anonymised.

The site is served over HTTPS; codes stay hidden until you reveal them; only named administrators can open the admin area.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information. Write to support@luckystar.example and we'll reply within 30 days.
